Walking from the Front Covered Porch, the Dining Room and steps leading to the Second Floor is to one side of the home plan and the Great Room is straight ahead. From the Dining Room, hallway leads to the Kitchen and one of the Two Bedrooms located on this level, along with a Standard Bathroom. The Kitchen offers an Eating Bar and Pantry, for an additional food storage. From the Breakfast area, comes the Two Story Great Room, offering a Fireplace. Construction Sets
All Plans will be sent with five complete Construction Sets at 1/4" = 1'-0" Scale. These sets will be printed on 24"x36" paper (or larger). Most Plans will be sent with one additional set of 1/8" = 1'-0" Scale, on 11"x17" paper, at no additional charge. Additional 1/4" Scale Construction Sets can be ordered for a fee of $12.00 per set. We can also mirror (reverse) any Plan upon request. Please contact us for pricing. |
