| This Traditional Home Design is a Two Story Floor Plan that offers a total of 3864 sq. feet, including a Bonus Room and Two Car Garage. Walking from the Front Covered Porch, the Dining Room is to one side, Living Room and steps leading to the Second Floor on the other, and the Great Room is straight ahead. Walking through the Dining Room, the Kitchen and the Breakfast area are straight ahead. The Kitchen offers an Eating Bar and Pantry, for an additional food storage. From the Breakfast area, comes the Two Story Great Room offering a Fireplace, Two Built-ins, and access to the Covered Rear Porch. Next is the Master Suite, which offers a Trey Ceiling, Walk-in Closet and a Master Bath, with a Walk-in Shower and a Large Bath Tub. Back to the Great Room and up the stairs to the Second Floor, a Balcony overlooks the Two Story Foyer and Great Room and access to the Bonus Room, which can be used as a Study or Game Room. Construction Sets
All Plans will be sent with five complete Construction Sets at 1/4" = 1'-0" Scale. These sets will be printed on 24"x36" paper (or larger). Most Plans will be sent with one additional set of 1/8" = 1'-0" Scale, on 11"x17" paper, at no additional charge. Additional 1/4" Scale Construction Sets can be ordered for a fee of $12.00 per set.
