| This One Story Home Plan offers a total of 2381 sq. feet, including the Covered Porches and a Two Car Garage. This Home Design features 9'-0" ceiling on the First Floor and 8'-0" ceiling in the Bonus Room. Walk from the Covered Front Porch of this house plan into the spacious Family Room. Inside the Foyer, just climb up to the Bonus Room, which can be used as a Study or Game Room, and is located over the Garage. To one side of the Family Room is the Kitchen, with Eating Bar, and the Breakfast area, which looks out to the Covered Rear Porch. On the other side of the Family Room, is the sleeping area, with one Master Suite and Two Bedrooms. Construction Sets
All Plans will be sent with five complete Construction Sets at 1/4" = 1'-0" Scale. These sets will be printed on 24"x36" paper (or larger). Most Plans will be sent with one additional set of 1/8" = 1'-0" Scale, on 11"x17" paper, at no additional charge. Additional 1/4" Scale Construction Sets can be ordered for a fee of $12.00 per set.
