| This Traditional Home Design is a Two Story Floor Plan that offers a total of 2144 sq. feet, including a Bonus Room and a Two Car Garage. This Home Plan features 9'-0" ceiling on the First Floor Plan and 8'-0" ceiling in the Bonus Room. Walking from the Stoop, the Dining area is to one side and stairs leading to the Second Floor is on the other. Walking through the Dining area, the Kitchen and the Breakfast area are straight ahead. Going through the Breakfast area, comes the Vaulted Great Room with Fireplace. Next is the Master Suite, which offers a Walk-in Closet and a Master Bath, with a Walk-in Shower and a Large Bath Tub. Back to the Foyer and up the stairs to the Second Floor, a Balcony connects both Second Floor Bedrooms and overlooks the Vaulted Great Room and Two Story Foyer. Also, the Bonus Room, which can be used as a Study or Game Room, is right in front of one the Bedrooms and over the Garage. Construction Sets
All Plans will be sent with five complete Construction Sets at 1/4" = 1'-0" Scale. These sets will be printed on 24"x36" paper (or larger). Most Plans will be sent with one additional set of 1/8" = 1'-0" Scale, on 11"x17" paper, at no additional charge. Additional 1/4" Scale Construction Sets can be ordered for a fee of $12.00 per set. We can also mirror (reverse) any Plan upon request. Please contact us for pricing. |
