| This One Story Home Plan offers a total of 2911 sq. feet, including a Covered Porch and Two Car Garage. The Home Design features 9'-0" ceiling on the First Floor and 8'-0" ceiling in the Bonus Room. Walking from the Covered Front Porch is the Dining Room, which opens into the large Gathering Room. To one side of the Gathering Room is the Kitchen and the Breakfast area. On the other side of the Gathering Room, is the Master Suite and one of the Three Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a Walk-in Closet and Master Bath, with a Walk-in Shower and a Large Bath Tub. Passing through the Breakfast area are the additional Two Bedrooms and Standard Bath. Just inside the Garage, the Floor Plan offers stairs that lead up to the Bonus Room, which can be used as a Study or Game Room. | ||||||

Construction Sets
All Plans will be sent with five complete Construction Sets at 1/4" = 1'-0" Scale. These sets will be printed on 24"x36" paper (or larger). Most Plans will be sent with one additional set of 1/8" = 1'-0" Scale, on 11"x17" paper, at no additional charge. Additional 1/4" Scale Construction Sets can be ordered for a fee of $12.00 per set. We can also mirror (reverse) any Plan upon request. Please contact us for pricing. |
