| This One Story Home Plan offers a total of 3395 sq. feet, including Two Covered Porches and a Two Car Garage. The Home Design features 9'-0" ceiling on the First Floor Plan and 9'-1" ceiling in the Bonus Room. Walking from the Covered Front Porch is the Vaulted Gathering Room and to one side, the Dining Room. The Kitchen is off to one side of the Vaulted Gathering Room and offers an Eating Bar and Pantry, for an additional food storage. This Floor Plan has a Breakfast Room that allows access to the Rear Covered Porch. The sleeping area is also located off the Vaulted Gathering Room, with Two Bedrooms and Master Suite, which offers Two Walk-in Closets with the Master Bath. From the Garage, the Home Design has stairs that lead up to the Bonus Room, which can be used as a Study or Game Room. This Floor Plan also offers in the Garage a Spacious Storage area. | |||||

Construction Sets
All Plans will be sent with five complete Construction Sets at 1/4" = 1'-0" Scale. These sets will be printed on 24"x36" paper (or larger). Most Plans will be sent with one additional set of 1/8" = 1'-0" Scale, on 11"x17" paper, at no additional charge. Additional 1/4" Scale Construction Sets can be ordered for a fee of $12.00 per set. We can also mirror (reverse) any Plan upon request. Please contact us for pricing. |
